Shipping policy

Every piece is made for you when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, nothing is mass produced. Once your piece is made it ships tracked, and most UK orders are with you within seven days.

Free shipping — Orders over £50 ship free to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The threshold shows in your local currency at checkout.

Where we ship — Most of the world, including the UK, Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there.

Tracking — You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

A note on timing — Delivery estimates begin once your piece has been made. International orders can take a little longer depending on customs and local couriers. If anything looks delayed, email info@still.studio and we will chase it for you.
